| The Dead Marshes mark the approach to the entrance to the corrupted lands of the north. This area of the great barrow marshes often dies back almost completely as polluted and tainted waters from the corrupted lands drain into it and such a die off is a very strong indicator that one of the evil races is planning some new attrocity.
